Customer Support/Service Representative

At Binatek, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and support to our customers. We are looking for a motivated and reliable Customer Support/Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be a vital part of our customer service operations, ensuring clients have a seamless experience with our products and services.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Order Entry: Accurately process and enter customer orders into our system.
  • Customer Calls: Handle inbound calls professionally, providing support, answering questions, and resolving issues.
  • Service Tickets: Open and manage service tickets for customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
  • Account Credits: Review client accounts and issue credits when necessary, ensuring customer satisfaction and accurate billing.
  • Problem Resolution: Identify customer issues and collaborate with other teams to provide effective solutions.
  • Customer Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the system.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service, customer support, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English and French
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
  • Comfortable with using customer service software, order entry systems, and service ticketing tools.
  • A positive, customer-first attitude and ability to handle customer inquiries with patience and empathy.

Job Type: Full-time

  • Monday to Friday

Education:

  • Secondary School (preferred)
